POSITION OVERVIEW : Senior SAP Logistics Functional Consultant POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Logistics, Finance and business stakeholders to understand the current freight/shipment processes and define the future-state process. Conduct requirement-gathering and process-design workshops. Analyze SAP logistics processes and data required for integration with the external Freight Audit platform.

Own the functional design for SAP ? LOOP Delivery/Shipment data integration. Define field mappings, business rules, validations and selection criteria for shipment/delivery extraction. Analyze freight-related information across applicable transportation modes, including Ocean, Road, Air, Small Parcel, Rail, Distribution, Brokerage and other identified modes.

Identify relevant SAP logistics objects, master data and transactional data required by the Freight Audit solution.

Prepare Functional

Specifications for interfaces, enhancements and required SAP developments. Work closely with SAP BTP/CPI and ABAP developers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Support Vendor

Master and other logistics/master-data extraction requirements where applicable. Define exception scenarios and reconciliation requirements between SAP and the Freight Audit platform. Perform functional/unit testing and support end-to-end System Integration Testing.

Prepare test scenarios and support business users during UAT. Analyze and coordinate resolution of defects across SAP, integration and external vendor teams. Support cutover,



production deployment and Go-Live activities for multiple rollout sprints.

Provide hypercare support and assist with knowledge transfer to the support organization. Work independently and coordinate effectively with geographically distributed client and vendor teams.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience as an SAP Logistics Functional Consultant, preferably across SAP MM/LE/Shipping and related logistics processes. Good understanding of SAP Delivery, Shipment and freight-related processes/data.

Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP RISE environments. Strong experience in SAP integration/development projects involving interfaces, APIs, flat files and RICEF objects. Ability to identify SAP tables/objects and define data extraction and interface mapping requirements.

Strong Functional

Specification writing experience.

Experience working closely with ABAP and middleware/integration developers. Strong understanding of integration testing, reconciliation and exception handling.

Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal handholding and flexibility to collaborate across India/US time zones.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with freight audit, transportation, logistics invoice or carrier integration projects. Exposure to SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI.

Experience integrating SAP with external logistics, TMS or freight platforms.

Experience in multi-phase/global SAP rollout projects.
