or similar enterprises Proven process improvement and post-cutover optimization experience - Coordinate end-to-end cutover planning activities for SAP S/4HANA deployments - Represent the finance organization in planning meetings and leadership forums - Develop and maintain cutover runbooks, schedules, timelines, and dependency trackers - Lead deployment readiness reviews and go-live planning sessions - Coordinate activities across multiple finance and technical workstreams - Track project milestones and provide executive status updates - Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting deployment timelines - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners - Support command center operations during go-live and hypercare periods - Coordinate testing completion and defect remediation efforts - Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and process enhancements - Manage and coordinate activities involving 350+ project stakeholders during critical cutover periods
