- Provide SAP ECC FICO production support and resolve incidents, requests, and enhancements • Support FI modules including GL, Asset Accounting, Treasury, and Project Systems • Support CO modules including CCA, IO, PCA, Margin Analysis and CO-PA • Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions • Configure SAP FI/CO solutions and perform unit and integration testing • Identify defects and find solutions to resolve those defects • Maintain functional documentation and configuration documentation • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities • Participate in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration including cutover activities • Assist with S/4HANA Finance process design and configuration • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and project standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, and technical resources

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of SAP FICO experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments • Strong hands-on SAP FI configuration and support experience: o General Ledger (GL) o Asset Accounting (AA) • Strong hands-on SAP CO configuration and support experience: o Cost Center Accounting (CCA) o Internal Orders (IO) o Profit Center Accounting (PCA) o Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) o Margin Analysis o Project Systems WBS • Experience supporting SAP ECC production environments, including incidents, service requests, and change requests • Experience supporting month-end and year-end financial close processes • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO master data, organizational structures, and posting processes • Experience with bank accounting, payment processing, reconciliations, assessments, distributions, and settlements • Understanding of SAP ECC to S/4HANA Finance transformation concepts • Knowledge of S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and simplified finance data model • Experience with configuration,



testing, integrations, and documentation • Understanding of FI/CO integrations with MM, SD, and PP modules • Familiarity with SAP IMG configuration and standard SAP transaction codes • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field • Jira, ServiceNow, qTest, • Reporting – Power BI o Accounts Payable (AP) o Accounts Receivable (AR) • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Finance • Product Costing (CO-PC) configuration experience • Cost estimates, costing runs, and WIP calculations experience • CO-PC integration experience with PP and MM • Qualified finance certification: o CA o ICWA o MBA Finance o CPA o ACCA o CIMA • Experience with SAP Fiori and Finance Fiori Apps • Familiarity with FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) • Completion of SAP courses: o S4F01 – Accounting in SAP S/4HANA o S4F02 – Management Accounting in SAP S/4HANA o S4F03 – Conversion of Accounting to SAP S/4HANA o S4F05 – Customizing and Conversion of Asset Accounting • Experience working with IDocs, BAPIs, and BAdIs
