Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

SAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultant to handle end-to-end implementation, configuration, client coordination, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP B1 implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and support

.

- Understand client requirements, perform business process mapping and gap analysis

.

- Configure SAP B1 modules based on business requirements.

- Work across

Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Production/MRP, Banking, CRM and Fixed Assets

.

- Handle data migration, testing, UAT, workflows and approvals

.

- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, Crystal Reports, integrations, add-ons and customizations

.

- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.

- Manage client communication, project documentation and implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on SAP Business One Functional Consulting experience





.

- Strong knowledge of

3–4 major SAP B1 modules

, preferably Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Production/MRP.

- Experience in implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration and go-live

.

- Valuable understanding of

MS SQL / SAP HANA and SQL queries

.

- Knowledge of

Crystal Reports, SAP B1 add-ons and integrations is preferred.

- Strong client-facing, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

.

- Experience handling end-to-end SAP B1 implementation projects independently

.

- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Preferred

- SAP Business One Certification.

- Experience with manufacturing, trading, distribution, retail or service industries

.

- Exposure to

SAP B1 on both SQL and HANA

.

- Knowledge of

SAP B1 SDK, DI API or Service Layer is an added advantage.
