Job Title: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer – Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, Salesforce application testing, and test automation using Selenium. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionalities, automation framework development, API testing, and end-to-end testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Automate Salesforce application workflows, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and custom objects.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components.
- Perform testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce modules.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java or Python with Selenium.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
- Validate data integrity, data migration, and backend data using SQL queries.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Integrate automated test scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators to resolve defects.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and QA status updates.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

Salesforce Testing

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing.




- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience testing Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, Flows, and validation rules.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data migration testing.

Automation Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM), Data-Driven, or Hybrid frameworks.
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Knowledge of XPath, CSS selectors, waits, and energetic web elements.
- Experience with Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain automated test scripts.

Additional Skills
- API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Defect management using Jira.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of test management tools such as Zephyr or Xray.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5 years of overall experience in Software QA and Testing.
- Strong experience in Salesforce application testing and Selenium automation.
- Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce-related certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer or Advanced Administrator knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce-specific automation tools such as Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or AccelQ.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external applications.
