Required experience and skills

At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud / Agentforce Health experience on enterprise-scale healthcare implementations. Candidates whose Health Cloud exposure is limited to a single module, a demo org or a short project will not be shortlisted.

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4+ years as the architect or technical lead on Health Cloud / Agentforce Health implementations for health systems, hospital networks, large provider groups or payers at enterprise scale.
- At least two Health Cloud programs taken from discovery through production as the accountable architect, including data model, integration and security design.
- Deep knowledge of the Health Cloud provider and clinical data models, Person Accounts, Action Plans, consent, Code Sets, and the boundaries of add-ons such as Provider Network Management, Intelligent Appointment Management, Utilization Management and Intelligent Document Reader.
- Healthcare integration architecture experience: FHIR R4, HL7 v2, EHR integration (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner or similar) through MuleSoft or another integration platform; API-led design and event-driven patterns on the Salesforce platform.
- Security and compliance depth: HIPAA, Salesforce Shield, sharing and permission architecture, non-production data protection,



and the ability to write a security architecture a client CISO will sign.
- Experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder and Data 360 (Data Cloud) architecture, including governance for generative features in regulated settings.
- Estimation, licensing and commercial fluency: able to size a program, defend it, and hold licensing positions with Salesforce.
- Proven leadership of distributed, multi-role teams and of client-facing design workshops and steering committees.
- Excellent written English: architecture documents, assessments and decision papers that mixed audiences can read.

Preferred experience
- Provider or physician recruiting, provider onboarding, credentialing or provider relationship management solutions on Salesforce - a solid plus.
- Payer-side Health Cloud experience (Provider Network Management, Utilization Management, member services) in addition to provider-side work.
- OmniStudio architecture and Industries Common Components.
- Experience with Oracle Taleo, PeopleSoft HCM or Workday integration in a healthcare workforce context.
- Experience Cloud provider or patient portals at scale.
- Marketing Cloud and Digital Engagement architecture for candidate or patient communications.
- Prior consulting or systems-integrator background with US healthcare clients.
