Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential clients
- Connect with prospects through calls, messages and meetings
- Understand client requirements and explain our services
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups and sales records
- Work towards individual and team sales targets

? Compensation Options We offer two earning models , depending on the candidate and role:

1. Fixed + Commission

- Monthly fixed payment
- Additional commission on successful sales
- Performance-based incentives may also be available

2. Commission-Based

- No fixed monthly payment
- Earn commission on successful sales
- Higher sales = higher earning potential
