- Team Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor real estate agents to maximize their sales potential.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline: Oversee lead distribution, ensure consistent follow-ups, and track daily team productivity (e.g., site visits and lead conversions).
- Deal Closures: Assist team members with complex client meetings, negotiations, and financial structuring to ensure successful transactions.
- Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of local micro-market trends, competitor pricing, and builder inventory.
- Compliance & Admin: Ensure all sales comply with regulatory norms (such as RERA in India), and manage CRM database tracking and sales reporting.
- Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with buyers, banks, developers, and channel partners (brokers).
Key Qualifications
- Education: Post-graduate or Graduate
- Experience: 6+ years of proven real estate sales experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or team-handling role.
- Skills: Robust negotiation ability, exceptional communication skills, and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate laws, booking processes, and documentation
