Sales & Talent Engagement Specialist

We are looking for confident professionals with strong communication skills to join an international customer-facing process in Ahmedabad.

The role involves interacting with US/UK customers, understanding their requirements, responding to queries and providing the right assistance through voice and non-voice channels.

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Salary: 20,000 to 40,000 CTC/month

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Monthly rotational shifts

Benefits: Night shift pick-up & drop facility, applicable night shift allowance and performance incentives

What will you be doing?

- Communicate professionally with international customers and understand their requirements.




- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Build a positive customer interaction through explicit and effective communication.
- Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant teams whenever required.
- Handle conversations through voice as well as non-voice channels.
