Flarize by Golden Ray is looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead our CREs and field sales executives, drive sales and conversions, and own the customer journey from lead generation to final payment.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach and motivate CREs and field sales executives.
- Own monthly sales targets and drive the team towards achieving them.
- Improve conversion from lead → site visit → quotation → booking → payment.
- Handle significant customer meetings, negotiations and difficult deals.
- Own every deal from booking through documentation, loan/subsidy, installation and final payment.
- Plan, execute and coordinate local sales and lead-generation campaigns with the Marketing team.
- Track pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, bookings and collections through CRM.
- Identify problems quickly, make practical decisions and take action without waiting for instructions.
- Coordinate with Project, Documentation, Accounts and Marketing teams to keep deals moving.
- Build a disciplined, high-performance sales team.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2C / high-ticket sales experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive conversions.
- Strong ownership, accountability and follow-through.
- Takes feedback seriously and keeps learning.
- Able to make quick decisions and solve problems independently.
- Comfortable planning and executing sales campaigns.




- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Comfortable with field sales.
- Comfortable using computer/laptop, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp Web.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in Real Estate, Solar, Automobile, Home Interiors, Consumer Durables, Home Automation, Insurance, or other high-ticket B2C sales is preferred.

Solar experience is not mandatory. We will provide training.
