The Travel Team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing travel team in Noida, Sector 72.

We specialise in creating memorable travel experiences across Uttarakhand, and we’re looking for someone who can connect with customers, understand their travel requirements, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements and suggest suitable Uttarakhand packages.
- Prepare and share customised travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated about Uttarakhand destinations, hotels, activities and travel packages.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in travel sales, tourism or hospitality is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Comfortable handling customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of Uttarakhand will be an advantage.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
