Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Reservations Manager to manage sales enquiries, reservations, customer relationships and business development activities from our Pune office.

The role will involve generating and converting business for hospitality/resort offerings as well as real estate-related projects and opportunities.

This is primarily an office-based role. Regular field sales is not required; however, occasional client meetings or site visits may be required based on business requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Reservations

- Handle room, package, banquet, event and resort enquiries through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximize revenue.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and other business partners.
- Prepare quotations, packages and proposals.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Finance and Operations teams.

Real Estate Sales
- Handle enquiries related to real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, digital enquiries, referrals and existing databases.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable project options.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans and other relevant details.




- Follow up with prospective buyers/investors and convert leads into bookings/sales.
- Coordinate with the project, legal, finance and management teams for documentation and closure.
- Maintain a systematic database of leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
- Monitor enquiry-to-conversion ratios.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through CRM/Excel/WhatsApp.
- Develop repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings and pricing.
- Ensure professional customer handling throughout the sales cycle.
- Support management in developing new sales strategies and campaigns.

Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotel Sales, Reservations, Real Estate Sales or Business Development.
- Candidates with experience in both hospitality and real estate will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Excellent follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and commercially focused.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, email and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
