About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Sales Representative / Sales Associate to drive institutional sales across North India. In this individual contributor role, you will lead direct client engagements, product demonstrations, and account acquisition with Police forces, Paramilitary units, Defence organizations, and state public safety bodies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Map and engage key procurement officers, technical evaluation committees, and technical heads across North India to build an active sales pipeline. Demonstrations & Field Trials: Deliver technical product presentations; coordinate live POCs, field trials, and sample evaluations for technical committees. Tender & GeM Lifecycle: Track RFPs, state/central tenders, and GeM bids. Review technical compliance sheets and coordinate internally for bid submission, pre-bid queries, and sample testing. Account Follow-through: Coordinate delivery timelines, inspection reports, invoice clearances, and client relationship management for repeat orders. Market Tracking:



Maintain visit reports, pipeline updates, and insights on competitor positioning and emerging department requirements.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2 to 5 years in B2G sales, ideally catering to police, defence, or paramilitary accounts.

Experience in communication tech, security/surveillance, or tactical electronics is a strong plus. Procurement Expertise: Robust working knowledge of government buying workflows, GeM processes, tender preparation, and testing procedures. Communication: Articulate in English and Hindi with the confidence to present technical products to senior uniformed officers. Self-Drive: Highly disciplined individual contributor capable of managing schedules and targets independently. Travel: Ready to travel regularly across North India for demonstrations and department meetings.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
