We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Assistant to manage customer enquiries, document sales and procurement leads, coordinate appointments, and maintain inventory and online listings. The role requires strong follow-up skills, documentation discipline, and basic digital marketing knowledge

Key Responsibilities Enquiry & Lead Management

1 Handle all incoming enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media

2 Record and document all sales and procurement leads (cars & two-wheelers)

3 Maintain accurate daily records of buyers, sellers, and network contacts

4 Provide timely responses to customer queries

Follow-Ups & Appointments

1 Regularly follow up with buyers and sellers until closure

2 Fix and confirm appointments between buyers and sellers

3 Coordinate schedules with the sales team

4 Send reminders and updates to customers

Sales & Procurement Documentation

1 Maintain proper documentation of vehicle details, buyer/seller information, and deal status

2 Update lead status on a daily basis

3 Assist in tracking sales and procurement performance





Inventory & Website Management

1 Update vehicle inventory on the company website daily

2 Ensure vehicle details, pricing, and availability are accurate

3 Remove sold vehicles and add current stock promp

Marketing & Online Listings

1 Post vehicle ads on social media platforms and classified websites

2 Coordinate with the team for photos, pricing, and descriptions

3 Ensure ads are updated, attractive, and accurate

Data Entry & Reporting

1 Enter daily network and lead data into Excel or CRM systems

2 Maintain clean and organized records

3 Share daily and weekly reports with management

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)

2 Experience in used car dealership, sales support, or telecalling preferred

3 Good communication skills in English and local language

4 Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and social media posting

5 Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
