Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager (contract, remote) will lead sales and marketing efforts for HPIPL’s parking solutions across key regions and sectors. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client presentations and product demonstrations, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline promotional activities, and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, pricing, and proposals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, competitor analysis, reporting on sales performance, preparing sales collateral,



and coordinating with operations for smooth implementation of client projects. The individual will also support corporate and general sales communication and contribute to strategic growth initiatives for smart parking infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust sales, business development, and account management skills, with proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning skills, preferably in infrastructure, technology, or mobility sectors.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing, social media management, and content creation skills to drive demand and increase market visibility.
- Candidates should possess market research, data analysis, and reporting skills to inform decision-making and optimize sales and marketing activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based setup.
- Experience in infrastructure, smart city projects, parking systems, real estate, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software.
