Key responsibilities

- Support Meta, Google and social media campaigns and track the enquiries they generate.

- Contact new leads, understand their requirements and schedule follow-ups.

- Update lead details, status and follow-up dates in the CRM.

- Coordinate with clients to collect the documents needed for their applications.

- Hand over completed client files to the visa processing team and track progress.

- Prepare daily reports on new leads, follow-ups, conversions and applications in process.

- Respond to routine client queries clearly and professionally.

Requirements

- MBA, BBA or BBM graduate, or final-semester student available for full-time work.

- Positive communication skills in English and Telugu.

- Interest in digital marketing, customer service and business operations.

- Comfortable using spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business and CRM software.

- Organised, attentive to detail and able to follow up consistently.

- Freshers are welcome to apply; MBA, BBA and BBM graduates are preferred.
