We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of our Local & National Broker Network. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong broker relationships, generating business through channel partners, expanding the broker network, and achieving defined sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the company’s local and national broker/ channel partner network.
- Identify, onboard and develop new brokers and business partners across relevant markets.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing Clients.
- Generate qualified business leads and revenue through the broker network.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase broker-generated business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities in coordination with management.
- Track Client performance, lead conversion, revenue contribution and pipeline.
- Set targets for key broker partners and ensure achievement through regular follow-ups.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion, onboarding and client servicing.
- Maintain an updated database of brokers, leads, opportunities and business performance.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates and broker performance reports for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities generated through the broker network.
Key Skills & Competencies
- 6–15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales / Broker Network Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business development and lead-generation capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and deliver revenue targets.
- Robust networking and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
