A new India office is planned to be established in Bangalore/Chennai, serving as the South India hub. Currently, there is only one sales personnel supporting this region, which makes it challenging to effectively cover the expanding Indian market. We require an additional Sales Manager to strengthen regional coverage, enhance customer engagement, improve response times, and support overall market expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies across India

- Conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions

- Prepare and deliver proposals including pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications

- Manage and grow key accounts while developing current customers to drive revenue growth

- Collaborate with channel partners and internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report performance to SEA Sales Team Lead





- Serve as the main contact point for customer issues and coordinate with support teams as needed

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- 58 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, electronics, or SMT industries

- Proven experience in independent account management or sales leadership exposure

- Strong knowledge of SMT equipment (SPI, AOI, AXI) is a strong advantage

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong ownership, urgency, and results-oriented mindset

- Willingness to travel frequently within India

Experience Required:

- 5+ years in B2B technical or solution sales, including independent account management

- Experience managing distributor relationships and executing regional sales strategies

- Familiarity with solution selling in SMT or electronics manufacturing industries
