Experience: 3–4 years in Sales, preferably in the Automobile/EV industry
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the showroom sales team
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and conversions
- Monitor sales performance and maintain reports
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Drive test rides, bookings and deliveries
- Develop local sales and business opportunities
Requirements
✔ 3–4 years of relevant sales experience
✔Strong communication and leadership skills
✔Automobile/EV sales experience preferred
✔Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
