Heal360 Wellness Private Limited is a Hyderabad-based health and wellness company helping couples through one of the hardest journeys there is — trying to conceive. Our flagship SBH Approach is a natural, science-backed fertility support program, delivered online to clients across India, the Middle East, the US, Europe and beyond. ? Who This Role Is For

Our clients are navigating deeply personal fertility conversations, often after years of trying, and comfort matters as much as skill in these conversations. If you can build trust quickly, listen without judgment, and sell with genuine care, this role is for you — no prior sales background required.

? About the Role

This is a sales role that starts with listening. Every person you speak to booked the call themselves — they've been trying to conceive, often for years, and they've decided to talk to someone about it. Before you can explain the SBH Approach to anyone, you have to understand what they've already been through: what they've tried, what they've been told, what they're afraid of. We'll train you on the rest. The enrolments follow.

Around 100 consultations a month, on video.

? What You'll Do





- Speak with inbound leads over video — every one of them chose to be there
- Understand each client's situation before you explain anything
- Walk clients through what the SBH Approach involves, in plain language
- Guide clients into the program and help them commit to it
- Own your numbers — and know why you're ahead or behind
- Keep your CRM current and accurate
- Coordinate with internal teams on follow-ups and program execution

? What We're Looking For

- No prior sales experience required — full training provided. Freshers are welcome to apply
- Fluent, confident spoken Hindi and English (both required)

- Telugu is an advantage
- Real listening — you hear what people aren't saying
- A natural ability to build trust quickly
- Comfort working independently, without anyone watching
- An interest in health and wellness. A background in it is a plus, not a requirement

? Salary & Incentives

- Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month
- Performance incentives on every sale, in addition to your fixed salary
- Full incentive structure will be shared during the training process
