We are hiring 2 Sales Executives for our Faridabad office to handle inbound enquiries and outbound follow-up calls with customers in Australia.
Customers have already enquired about our Household Water Products through Facebook, online advertising and other lead-generation channels. Your responsibility will be to contact these leads, understand their requirements, explain our products, handle objections, follow up consistently and progress customers through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call new sales leads promptly
- Make outbound follow-up calls to Australian customers
- Handle inbound sales enquiries
- Understand customer requirements through effective questioning
- Explain our Household Water Products and pricing
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Book appointments and follow-up calls
- Follow up leads until converted or properly closed
- Update every customer interaction and next action in Zoho CRM
- Send approved information through WhatsApp and email
- Meet call, appointment,
follow-up and sales targets
- Participate in regular sales training and call reviews
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, inbound sales, lead conversion or international voice process preferred
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Comfortable speaking with Australian/international customers
- Confident handling objections and follow-ups
- Good computer skills and willingness to use CRM
- Disciplined, punctual and comfortable with performance monitoring
- Must be able to work full-time from our World Street, Faridabad office
- Must be comfortable with working hours aligned with Australian customers
Candidates who have previously worked with Australian, UK, US or other international customers will be preferred. Strong fresh candidates with excellent English, listening ability and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
