Role Overview
We are hiring an organised, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, from client inquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and BOQs
- Support GeM bids and tenders: documentation, uploads and tracking
- Coordinate with OEMs on pricing, authorization letters and stock availability
- Process purchase orders and coordinate dispatch and installation
- Follow up with clients on quotations, orders and payments
- Maintain sales records and prepare MIS reports
- Handle client emails and calls professionally
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
Preferred
- GeM portal or government tender experience
- Background in AV, IT or electronics distribution
