Sales Coordinator – Vendor / OEM Coordination

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to coordinate with vendors and OEMs, obtain pricing and product information, prepare competitive quotations, and support the sales team in closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and OEMs for product pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
- Compare vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and suitable margins.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations based on vendor inputs.
- Maintain pricing sheets and cost databases.
- Follow up with vendors for revised quotations, special pricing, and deal registrations.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and BOQs.
- Coordinate with pre-sales/technical teams for required solution inputs.
- Track enquiries, quotations, and conversion status.
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation and delivery schedules.




- Track pending orders and provide updates to internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of vendor quotations, comparisons, approvals, and related documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, and closures.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, including pricing sheets and comparisons.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT hardware/networking products is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
- Experience working with OEMs such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc. will be an added advantage.
