- About the Role

We are looking for a Female Fresher to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The candidate will support the Sales Team in day-to-day coordination, customer communication, quotation preparation, order follow-up and sales documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn about our FRP and manufacturing products.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities.
- Handle customer enquiries received through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers as instructed by the Sales Team.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and pending requirements.
- Maintain sales-related documents, quotations and order records.
- Update daily/weekly sales follow-up reports.
- Follow up for payment status wherever required.
- Learn about company products, specifications and applications.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

- Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma B.Com / BBA / BMS / BA / BE / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Experience

Fresher 0 to 1 Year Freshers who are interested in building a career in Sales Coordination / B2B Sales / Manufacturing Industry are encouraged to apply.
