We are looking for candidates who can work across student counselling, admissions, school outreach, B2B sales and business development depending on the business phase.

# ROLE

Sales & Business Development Executive / Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor

# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•⁠ ⁠Student and parent counselling

•⁠ ⁠Lead generation, follow-up and conversion

•⁠ ⁠Achieving assigned sales targets

•⁠ ⁠School outreach and B2B business development

•⁠ ⁠Fixing appointments with school management and principals

•⁠ ⁠Coordinating school seminars and outreach activities

•⁠ ⁠Field visits and relationship management

•⁠ ⁠Maintaining sales pipeline and CRM updates

•⁠ ⁠Supporting admission and onboarding processes

# CANDIDATE PROFILE

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





•⁠ ⁠Robust sales and negotiation abilities

•⁠ ⁠Target-oriented mindset

•⁠ ⁠Good follow-up skills

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel when required

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•⁠ ⁠Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

•⁠ ⁠Experience in education, EdTech, B2B sales, inside sales, field sales or business developmeindianl be an advantage

Multilingual candidates are preferred

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA + Incentives

Location : Multiple locations across India
