Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for promoting the institute’s training programs, generating leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments through direct outreach, counseling, and follow-up activities.

Daily tasks include engaging with prospective learners and institutional partners, delivering presentations, coordinating local events or seminars, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and sales activities.



The specialist will collaborate with the training and administration teams to align marketing efforts with program offerings, support customer service, and provide feedback on market trends to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive enrollments, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to explain program offerings clearly and support basic orientation sessions when required.
- Relevant experience in education, skill development, or similar service industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, travel locally as needed, and maintain organized records of activities.
- Basic proficiency with office software and digital tools for communication, reporting, and presentation.
- Diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
