Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting KAIRALI AYURVEDIC Centre’s therapies, spa services, and wellness products to individual clients and corporate partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective customers, conducting sales calls and presentations, managing inquiries, and maintaining solid relationships with existing clients.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, assisting in digital and offline marketing activities, and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies.



The Specialist may collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings, support staff training on sales best practices, and track performance against revenue and growth targets. This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Knowledge of wellness, spa, or healthcare services and an interest in Ayurvedic therapy are highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and use basic productivity and CRM tools.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
