Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting Aibak Ventures’ products and services. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, conduct product presentations and training sessions, and provide timely follow-up to prospective and existing clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, gathering market feedback,



coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support sales planning.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations and support onboarding for customers or partners.
- Relevant experience in technology or education-focused products is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Kozhikode, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance goals.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
