We are expanding our team to strengthen our presence in Eastern India , and are looking for dynamic professionals who are passionate about improving healthcare through technology and service.

? Role Overview

As a Sales & Service Executive , you’ll play a dual role— driving sales of healthcare equipment and providing after-sales support . This includes working closely with doctors, hospital admins, biomedical teams, and technicians to deliver value-based solutions and maintain long-term relationships.

? Key Responsibilities ? Sales

- Promote a range of critical care and diagnostic equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and nursing homes
- Generate and follow up on sales leads across assigned territories
- Conduct product demos and presentations to medical staff and procurement departments




- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit timely reports

? Service

- Install and configure medical equipment at client sites
- Conduct preventive maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, and repairs
- Provide hands-on training to end-users (nurses, technicians, doctors)
- Maintain service logs and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support

✅ Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–5 years in sales or technical service of healthcare or medical equipment
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or similar technical background
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field travel across assigned territory
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused
