Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting Erow Precision’s Gears, Gearboxes , rivets and precision components in targeted markets. This contract role includes day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing quotations, and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities, supporting product demonstrations, providing basic training to customers on product features, and gathering market intelligence for management.

The position is hybrid,



based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site client visits, office collaboration, and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and online outreach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers and colleagues on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of industrial or manufacturing sectors, especially precision components or mechanical products.
- Candidates should have good analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should be proficient with basic office software and digital tools for CRM, documentation, and online communication.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Ahmedabad, manage time independently, and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
