About Us
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager for our Kolkata office.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Preferred background: Wedding Industry, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, Events, Premium Services
- Solid sales, negotiation & client relationship skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, CRM Software, Google Workspace, MS Excel
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads & AI tools will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and convert enquiries into bookings
- Build relationships with wedding clients, corporate clients, event planners
- Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and negotiate pricing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation
- Coordinate with creative,
social media & digital marketing teams
- Build partnerships and explore new business opportunities
- Attend networking events and exhibitions
- Maintain CRM records and client relationships
- Monitor sales & marketing performance and prepare reports
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads or digital marketing
- Understanding of branding & content marketing
- Knowledge of wedding/luxury industry trends
