Job Overview

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Intern to support the Pan-India Marketing Team with marketing coordination, data management, reporting, performance analysis and vendor coordination.

This internship is suitable for candidates who have strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, good English communication, and an interest in developing a career in Marketing.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Pan-India Marketing Team on ongoing marketing activities.
- Coordinate with call centre teams regarding marketing offers and campaigns.
- Maintain and update marketing offer and campaign data sheets.
- Use Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Analyse marketing offer and campaign performance data.
- Prepare reports and basic performance summaries.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Track marketing activities and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support multiple marketing activities and priorities.




- Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks within timelines.

Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Excel functions.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Confident and professional communication.
- Basic analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in building a career in Marketing.

Internship Details This is a three-month paid internship with a stipend of ₹12,000 per month.

Working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are weekly offs.

Career Opportunity

Based on performance, learning ability, ownership and business requirements, successful interns may be considered for a full-time Marketing Executive position after completion of the internship.

Location

Andheri East, Mumbai, near Western Express Highway Metro Station.
