Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily revenue and growth initiatives in a full-time, hybrid role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities include assisting with outreach to prospective customers, helping qualify leads, and supporting the sales team in preparing presentations and demos. The intern will contribute to marketing campaigns by drafting content for emails and social media, tracking campaign performance, and conducting basic market and competitor research.



Day-to-day tasks also involve updating CRM records, coordinating follow-ups, and collaborating with team members to improve customer communications and engagement.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Training abilities to support user inquiries, assist with onboarding, and help explain product features.
- Sales and Sales Management interests or foundational skills to assist in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and sales support activities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to support sales and marketing decisions.
