Job Summary The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products or services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales leads, conducting customer meetings, supporting marketing activities, and monitoring market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other marketing activities.

- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

- Present and promote company products or services to customers.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations as required.

- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales.

- Maintain robust and professional relationships with existing and potential customers.





- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Support the planning and execution of promotional and marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.

- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.

- Handle customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
