Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our programs. You will connect with potential participants, answer their queries, promote our offerings on digital platforms, and convert interest into registrations.

This is not a desk job. This is a growth-oriented role for someone who loves talking to people, has a knack for marketing, and wants to build a career in spiritual entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Conversion

- Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media DMs
- Follow up with prospects consistently and convert them into registrations
- Maintain a lead tracker; daily, weekly, and monthly
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build trust with seekers answer their questions with patience and empathy

Marketing & Promotion

- Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Status, and YouTube
- Assist in making reels, posters, and promotional creatives (basic Canva skills)
- Manage social media pages posting, commenting, engaging with followers
- Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to promote programs
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators




- Research trending topics and hashtags for spiritual/wellness niche

Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain daily reports of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the founder for campaign ideas and feedback
- Assist in organizing online webinars, live sessions, and offline events
- Maintain a database of participants and testimonials

RequirementsMust-Have

- Language: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English (spoken and written)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Digital Skills: Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Canva
- Attitude: Hungry to learn, self-motivated, target-driven
- Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during campaign periods
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar

Good-to-Have

- Experience in telesales, inside sales, or social media marketing
- Interest in spirituality, wellness, yoga, or Indian culture
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing tools
