Location: Remote / Offshore

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of RPA development experience, including bot development, Control Room administration, deployment, troubleshooting, and API/web automation.

Experience working with EKB & ASW is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA bots using Automation Anywhere A360.
- Develop and implement automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Deploy and manage bots through the Automation Anywhere Control Room.
- Monitor bot execution and troubleshoot automation failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
- Develop automations involving web applications and APIs.
- Integrate RPA solutions with various applications and systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, bot specifications, and deployment procedures.




- Support production automation and ensure stable bot operations.
- Follow RPA development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of overall experience in RPA development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
- Strong experience in RPA bot development.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room.
- Experience with bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in API automation and web automation.
- Hands-on experience with EKB & ASW.
- Good understanding of RPA development lifecycle and production support.
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an offshore/remote delivery environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve RPA issues.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and integrations.
