Job Summary

We are looking for ITI, Diploma and Degree candidates to join as Company Trainees / Apprentices at the Royal Enfield Vallam Vadagal Plant, Tamil Nadu.

Selected candidates will receive hands-on industrial exposure and work in areas such as Assembly, Production and Maintenance in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Job Roles

Candidates may be deployed in one of the following functions:

- Assembly
- Production
- Maintenance
- Shop-floor manufacturing operations
- Supporting day-to-day plant operations as per business requirements

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree / B.E. / B.Tech
- Pass-out Year: 2022 onwards
- Age: 18–23 years
- Gender: Male & Female candidates
- Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing/plant workplace.
- Immediate joiners preferred

Stipend

Qualification Monthly Stipend

ITI ₹20,000

Diploma / Degree ₹22,000

B.E. / B.Tech ₹22,500
