About the Role:

Care and Cure Home Health Care Service is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Route Nurse to join our home healthcare team in Thiruvananthapuram. In this role, you will travel to patients' residences to deliver essential nursing care, health monitoring, and personalized medical support in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned patients at their homes across designated routes in Thiruvananthapuram.
- Administer nursing care, including vitals monitoring, wound dressing, catheter care, injections, IV administration, and medication management.
- Assess patient health condition and report updates to attending doctors/family members.
- Maintain accurate patient visit logs and care documentation.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient satisfaction during visits.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Qualification: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Vehicle Requirement:



Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years in home healthcare, hospital nursing, or clinic operations (Freshers with strong clinical skills may apply).
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
- Key Traits: Good communication, punctuality, empathy, and professional integrity.
