Housekeeping Manager or senior staff. They ensure that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to meet high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Strip and make beds, change bed linens and pillowcases, and thoroughly clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.

- Dusting and Flooring: Dust furniture, polish fixtures, sweep and mop hard floors, and vacuum carpets.

- Restocking Supplies: Refill toiletries (soap, shampoo), replace used towels, and restock minibar items or room beverages.

- Maintenance and Reporting: Report any technical malfunctions, room damages, or maintenance needs immediately.

- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, answer basic queries, and handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.





Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma preferred, though many employers provide on-the-job training.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (like linen bundles and mattresses) over the course of a shift.

- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, honesty, discretion, reliability, and basic communication skills.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and festive periods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
