Location : Powai

Designation : Compliance & Risk Manager

Salary range up to 50,000 to 60,000 per month (Depends upon last drawn and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management

- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and other applicable laws governing NBFCs
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage inspections

Risk Management

- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, credit, and financial risks
- Develop and maintain enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks
- Monitor risk indicators and prepare risk assessment reports
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies to senior management

Policy & Governance

- Draft, review,



and update internal policies in line with regulatory changes
- Ensure proper implementation of governance frameworks
- Support board and committee reporting (Risk Committee, Audit Committee, etc.

Audit & Reporting

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Track audit observations and ensure timely closure
