We are looking for an experienced and qualified Safety Head to lead and manage Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities across our Oil & Gas projects, fabrication facilities, and offshore operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and implementation of safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.

- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites, yards, and offshore locations.

- Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.

- Lead accident and incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions.

- Monitor implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessment procedures.

- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

- Ensure proper implementation of PPE requirements and secure working practices.

- Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors, and management on HSE-related matters.

- Monitor safety performance through inspections, reports, and key HSE indicators.

- Lead emergency preparedness, mock drills, and crisis management activities.





- Supervise and guide the safety team across different locations.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.

- Advanced Diploma / Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.

- NEBOSH / IOSH certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10 + years of relevant experience in HSE / Safety Management within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC, or Heavy Fabrication industry.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior safety leadership role.

- Experience in managing safety operations across fabrication yards, project sites, and offshore activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and statutory compliance.

- Expertise in Risk Assessment, HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, and PTW.

- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Incident investigation and root cause analysis.

- Ability to manage multiple project locations.
