Who We're Looking For

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate with 1+ year of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing, Healthcare Billing, Insurance Claims Processing, Physician Billing, or Denial Management etc.
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, claims submission, payment posting, denials, and appeals.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and comfortable working with billing and documentation systems.
- Willing to work in night shifts and a dynamic, process-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in a rotational schedule with 5 Working Days and 2 Week Offs.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims with all required documentation and supporting attachments.
- Review and investigate claim denials, initiating appeals and follow-ups to maximize reimbursement.
- Analyze patient and insurance information to ensure claims are billed to the appropriate payer.
- Maintain accurate records by documenting all billing activities, claim updates, and resolutions in relevant systems.
- Ensure compliance with billing guidelines while safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of all submitted claims.
