UltraFast Chargers is looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with 4+ years of experience who is passionate about business development, client engagement, and building long-term B2B relationships.

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / B.Tech / MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and convert current B2B business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, outbound outreach, and referrals
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate EV charging solutions
Manage client meetings, product presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Identify recent markets, customer segments, and opportunities to drive business growth




Explore and develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets

Preferred Skills:
4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role
Experience in the EV, Electrical, Energy, Infrastructure, or related industry is preferred
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Valuable understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and B2B sales processes
Strong follow-up and account management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: As per industry standards / Based
