Role Overview
Medico Valley is a leading Healthcare Innovation & Simulation company in India, dedicated to transforming medical education through cutting-edge simulation technologies. We partner with Healthcare Institutes to deliver realistic, immersive, and competency-based learning experiences.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key hospital / Healthcare Institutes, developing channel partners, and achieving sales targets for the company’s Simulation Lab solutions portfolio and any other products added in due course of time. This role requires robust healthcare industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven expertise in technical product selling.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
Identify and onboard hospitals / Healthcare Institutes
Execute product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.
Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-making individuals, purchase heads, and hospital / Healthcare Institute management.
Conduct regular customer visits and product follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries, coordinate installation, and ensure after-sales support.
Market Development & Growth
Identify current business opportunities, segments, and product demands.
Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.
Team & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with service, operations, and supply chain teams for seamless delivery.* Support training for internal teams and channel partners.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
