Manager / Senior Manager Retail Broking – Motor – 6+ Years – Delhi

We are hiring Manager / Senior Manager in Retail Broking (Motor) – 6+ Years for a leading General Insurance organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Retail Broking, General Insurance, Motor Insurance, Broker Management, Broker Relationship Management, Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Sales Target Achievement who can drive business growth through the retail broking channel.

Responsibilities –

1. Drive GWP, premium, and revenue targets through the Retail Broking / Broker channel.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, intermediaries, agents, and distribution partners.
3. Drive Motor Insurance business, including new business, renewals, cross-sell, and portfolio growth.
4. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the broker network to expand market presence.
5. Manage partner performance, productivity, retention, and overall portfolio performance.
6. Work closely with underwriting, operations, claims, and other internal teams to ensure smooth business execution.

Requirements –

1. Graduate with 6+ years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking, preferably in Retail Broking or Agency & Broking.
2. Strong experience in Retail Broking, Broker Management, Broker Relationship Management, and General Insurance Sales.
3. Motor Insurance experience is strongly preferred, particularly Retail Motor, Motor Broking, Auto/Dealer, or broker-driven Motor business.
4. Candidates with exposure to Health, SME, Property, Commercial, or other Non-Motor products will also be considered.
5. Proven track record of achieving GWP, premium, revenue, and business development targets.
