Role
We are looking for a confident and technically knowledgeable professional with excellent English communication skills to support US staffing and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for IT requirements.
Understand technical skills, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
Use platforms such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed & LinkedIn.
Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in US Staffing, Recruitment, Technical Recruiting, or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – mandatory.
Strong understanding of IT/technical skills.
Candidates from other industries may be considered if they have strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
Good computer, CRM, and internet research skills.
Comfortable working in a permanent US Night Shift.
