Role & responsibilities The Residence Manager / Warden is responsible for the overall administration, safety, discipline, student welfare, and smooth functioning of the University hostel/residence. The role involves supervising hostel staff, ensuring compliance with University policies and SOPs, and maintaining a safe and supportive residential environment.

- Provide centralized supervision of wardens, housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.

- Strengthen grievance handling and timely resolution of student concerns.

- Ensure compliance with University policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

- Improve cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility management of hostel operations.

- Enable better coordination with internal departments such as Facilities, Security,



Student Affairs,Counselling, and Medical Services.

- Ensure effective handling of emergencies, incidents, and disciplinary matters.

- Support a secure, structured, and student-friendly residential environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.

- Relevant experience in hostel/residential administration, student affairs, educational administration, hospitality, or facility management.

- Experience in managing students and supervising staff will be an advantage.
