Role Description The Residential Interior Designer will work on-site in Bengaluru North in a full-time capacity, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing layouts and 3D visualizations, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with project budgets and timelines.

The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring design intent is accurately executed in office.



The designer will also oversee project progress, conduct site visits and quality checks, and make necessary adjustments to achieve client satisfaction and timely project completion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create practical, user-centered residential layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to interpret, develop, and coordinate technical plans with project teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection to align aesthetics, functionality, and budgets for residential interiors.
- Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools) and familiarity with industry standards.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential interior projects, including on-site coordination and vendor management, is highly beneficial.
