Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Rockwool production and plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.

- Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, yield optimization and reduction of manufacturing losses.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS requirements and operational best practices.

- Manage manpower, production planning, shift operations and resource utilization.

- Monitor plant performance through key operational KPIs and take corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Projects and other functions for smooth plant operations.

- Develop, mentor and build a high-performing and accountable production team.

- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and cost reduction.

- Support plant expansion, commissioning and scale-up initiatives as required.

- Build a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
