Salary: 45,000 – 60,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set

Reports To: Head of Research / Investment Head

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Investment & Global Market Research Analyst to join our wealth management and investment research team on a full-time work-from-home basis in India.

The candidate will be responsible for long-term investment research, global market research, and daily trading-market research.

Previous professional experience with global financial markets is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of global equity markets, particularly US markets, along with strong fundamental and technical research capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Long-Term Investment Research

- Conduct fundamental research on companies and sectors for long-term investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, annual reports, earnings reports, investor presentations, and management commentary.
- Research companies across Indian and international markets.
- Evaluate revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, debt, valuation, competitive position, and business quality.
- Build financial and valuation models.
- Conduct DCF, P/E, EV/EBITDA, P/B, FCF, and comparable-company analysis.
- Develop detailed investment theses and identify key risks.
- Track companies and sectors for long-term investment opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and structural changes.

Global Market & Daily Trading Research

- Monitor US and international equity markets on a daily basis.
- Track major global indices, sectors, commodities, currencies, bonds, and other relevant asset classes.
- Monitor US, European, Asian, and other major international markets.
- Track global economic data,



interest rates, inflation, employment data, central-bank decisions, and other macroeconomic developments.
- Monitor corporate earnings, announcements, M&A; activity, and other market-moving events.
- Conduct technical and market analysis.
- Identify short-term market trends and trading setups.
- Prepare daily pre-market and post-market research.
- Maintain market watchlists and monitor unusual price/volume activity.

Research & Reporting

- Prepare daily global market reports.
- Prepare pre-market and post-market reports.
- Prepare company and sector research reports.
- Analyze quarterly earnings and corporate developments.
- Prepare investment thesis and valuation reports.
- Prepare trading and market setup reports.
- Maintain research databases and financial models.
- Present key findings clearly to the investment team.

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience researching global financial markets is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of US and international equity markets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment research.
- Experience in equity research, investment research, wealth management, portfolio research, brokerage research, or trading research.
- Solid fundamental and technical analysis skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and company fundamentals.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to meet daily research deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CFA / FRM / MBA Finance / NISM or equivalent.
- Experience covering US stocks and international markets.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Capital IQ, FactSet, TradingView, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or other data-analysis tools.

Experience tracking global macroeconomic indicators and central-bank policies.
